Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak season or sale events, processing times may extend to 3–4 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days — Free on orders above ₹999.

Express Delivery: 2–3 business days — ₹149 flat rate.

Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for orders placed before 12 PM — ₹249 flat rate.

International Shipping: 10–15 business days — calculated at checkout based on destination.

Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹999: FREE standard shipping.

Orders below ₹999: ₹79 standard shipping charge.

Express and same-day delivery charges are non-refundable.

International orders: Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order:

Directly on the courier partner's website using the provided tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us immediately at support@ad2ship.com:

Order not received within the estimated delivery window.

Damaged package upon delivery (please photograph the damage before opening).

Incorrect items delivered.

We will investigate and resolve the issue within 3–5 business days.
