Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Items must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Sale items, intimate apparel, and customized/personalized items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at support@ad2ship.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our team will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship to the address provided.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds: May be granted for items returned damaged or after the 7-day window (at our discretion).

Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@ad2ship.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@ad2ship.com with:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped, making cancellation unavailable. In such cases, please initiate a return after receiving the item.
